Autumns is the solo project of Christian Donaghey, From Derry, Ireland, an outlet for electronic post-punk with a lethal pulse. After a brace of rough demos without preliminary hype, the project emerged fully formed on Karl O’Connor’s (aka Regis) illustrious label Downwards back in 2014.

For the 6-track 'Pissing Away My Youth' collection, Donaghey's sneering sound is left to run it's own riot. 'Notice Me' is pure apocalyptic EBM sexiness. Synthesiser authoritatively pushing it's way through 7-minutes of hypnosis. 'Love Life, Hate Goths' see's the distorted 707 pushed through the board into dubbed zones as voice careens around in a Vega-esque cool.

'Pissing Away My Youth' is ultra-sweaty almost techno for middle finger dancing and 'Off-U Sound' playfully drops noise guitar over disco bleeps and filter skree. The low-tempo bumping away all the while to find spaces for echo-phonic Saxophone to enter and merge in a Belfast meets late 70's NYC showdown. Big up's to Adrian S always!
